The warranty on some Products can be extended to a year 3 limited warranty, while the warranty on some select Products can be extended to a limited lifetime warratny. The Accessory Power Limited Warranty Seal clearly marked on each Product package or within the Product manual determines which specific warranty extension applies for the given Product.

An Authorized Dealer is any distributor, reseller, or retailer that was duly authorized by Accessory Power at the time of the sale to sell authentic Accessory Power Product to Consumers in the jurisdiction where they are authorized to sell Product in new, unused condition, and in its original packaging.
Should I keep my store receipt?

What products are covered?
New Accessory Power Products sold in original packaging by Authorized Dealers which carry an official Accessory Power Limited Warranty Seal are covered under the terms of our limited warranty.
What is not covered?
Products that do not carry an Accessory Power Limited Warranty Seal on either the Product package or within the Product manual are not covered; Used Products, refurbished Products, or Products not sold in original packaging are not covered; Products not sold by Authorized Dealers are not covered; Products that are damaged from shipment, handling, storage, accident, abuse or misuse, or if the Product has been installed, used or maintained in a manner not conforming to Product manual instructions, have been modified in any way, or have had any serial number removed or defaced are not covered. Furthermore, the limited warranty does not cover accidental damage of any kind including Products suffering from cosmetic damage such as cracks or dented housings. Batteries loose performance over time and consequently will have a shorter run time as they age. Degradation of battery life is thus considered normal wear and tear and is also not covered under the terms of the limited warranty.
What happens if a Product is discontinued?
A Product that fails after it has been discontinued will be replaced with a new or refurbished Product with similar functionality or Accessory Power will refund the purchase price of the unit, less a reasonable usage charge.

After successful Product registration and activation of your warranty please visit the Warranty section at our website www.AccessoryPower.com/Warranty, enter your Support Login and begin the warranty claim form.
