No power when Theorem 3 White Keyboard is plugged in
While your computer is running, insert the USB plug. The drivers will automatically install. After being notified that the driver installation is complete, the keyboard is ready for use.
Troubleshooting:
- While your computer is running, insert the USB plug. The drivers will automatically install. After being notified that the driver installation is complete, the keyboard is ready for use.
- Does your computer recognized the keyboard and does it power on and work.
- Try plugging the keyboard in to another USB port.
- Does changing to a different USB port power the Keyboard on?
- The USB connection cable may not be securely plugged into the active USB port; inspect and unplug then plug in.
- Does disconnecting the USB cord and then reinserting the cord solve the problem?
- Try restarting the computer with the keyboard plugged in.
- Does your computer recognize the keyboard now?

The keyboard LEDs are not working
- The Theorem 3 White Gaming Keyboard has LED back lighting that should be illuminated when the keyboard is plugged in and powered on.
- Are the lights illuminated when the keyboard is plugged into your computer?
- If the lights are not on but the keyboard is working, the lights may have been turned off. To toggle the back lighting on and off, press the LED back light control key located next to the FN (function) key.
- Do the LED lights come on now?
- If the lights are still not coming on, please try plugging the keyboard into a different USB port on your computer or into a different computer entirely.
- Do the LED lights come on when plugged into a different computer or different USB port?

Keys are not functioning properly
- We suggest rebooting the entire keyboard by pressing the FN and ESC keys together for approximately 8-10 seconds. This should factory reset the keyboard.
