BlueVIBE GTV Operating Instructions
Power:
Charge the headset with one of the included power adapters. You will notice that the LED indicator will be red while charging and OFF when fully charged. (3 hours = 100%)
Make sure to disconnect the charger from the headset when it is fully charged as it will NOT pair to the transmitter if connected to the charging cable.
Connect the transmitter to the other power adapter in a location near your TV. When powered on, the transmitter's LED indicator will be BLUE. Use the STAND BY button to power ON/OFF. Make sure to use the provide AC Power adapter to connect the transmitter to power as if you use a standard USB cable plugged into your TV's USB port, there will be feedback/interference from the rest of your TV's cabling.
**NOTE: No need to long hold the STAND BY button, simply press to turn ON/OFF
Connecting the transmitter:
The transmitter can be connected to any device with 3.5mm AUX or RCA audio output. Plug the transmitter via the 3.5mm AUX cable or 3.5mm AUX to RCA cable into your device's audio OUTPUT source. Make sure that you are connecting to the correct audio output ports typically labeled with words such as AUDIO OUT, RCA OUT, ANALOG AUDIO OUT, OUTPUT or HEADPHONES. You will NOT get any sound by connecting the transmitter to ports labeled AV1, AV2, or INPUT.
**NOTE: You may need to connect directly to a cable box or media player to get sound
Connect the headset by pressing and holding the headset power button for 3 seconds. You will hear 3 BEEPING tones once powered ON. After the third BEEP, you should be able to hear audio from your connected device as it will now be paired to the headset. To power OFF the headset, make sure to press and hold the power button once again for 3 seconds.
Depending on your device or audio output, volume settings may differ. If controllable, keep your output volume at 90% on your device and adjust the headset using the volume buttons on the right ear cup. Press the mute button on the headset to turn off sound temporarily and press again to regain audio.
**Note: You may need to adjust your televisions audio settings or plug the transmitter into an alternate audio output to disable the TV's built-in speaker audio.

GTV Transmitter not working/pairing
Troubleshooting:
**Remember: the GTV Transmitter must be plugged into its power adapter at all times when in use**
- Make sure volume on your receiving device is turned up; this cannot be controlled through the GTV Transmitter
- Does turning the volume up from the source device solve the issue?
- Try turning off the GTV transmitter and headset then reconnect and re-pair.
- You will hear 3 BEEPING tones when paired to the transmitter via the headset
- Does the transmitter transmit audio to your headset now?
- If you still cannot receive audio, you may be plugging your transmitter into the wrong port on the back of your TV
See the guide below for what ports you can plug into. A reminder that you need to be plugged into an OUTPUT Audio Port, not INPUT.
Imaged above are the different types of audio ports with a brief explanation of each
- Red: Standard audio out port
- This is the preferred and easiest port, depending on your TV, to plug in the TRM into
- Blue: RCA Red and White audio out ports
- Requires an RCA splitter
- Green: Digital Audio Out Optical Port
- More and more newer TV's are coming out with this port in which you will require a Digital to Audio Converter
- Follow the link here to purchase if one is required
Also too, below you will see an image of an example of the plug in's on the back of a cable box:

Static/Distortion coming from the GTV Headset
Troubleshooting:
- Please try charging the unit OVERNIGHT. Sometimes the battery needs to be exercised with a lengthy charge in order to be at its maximum working potential.
- Does charging the BlueVIBE GTV Headset alleviate the issue?
- Please make sure that you are within 30 feet of the BlueVIBE GTV transmitter. When sound cuts in and out or has static, it can mean that the Bluetooth signal is not strong enough to keep a steady connection.
- Does moving the paired transmitter closer to the headset yield better results?
- Try un-pairing and re-pairing the BlueVIBE GTV Headset and transmitter.
- Does this solve the problem?
- Remember to ONLY use one of the two included AC powered adapters to connect to the transmitter as plugging a USB cable directly into your TV’s USB port will cause distortion and/or static.
- Does switching to the adapter help resolve the distortion issue?
