It is difficult to connect the USA GEAR BIKEMOUNT holder to the handlebars
Troubleshooting:
- Please make sure that the neck connector is lined up with the connecting slot on the USA GEAR BIKEMOUNT.
- Make sure you hear a clicking sound to ensure a secure fit.
- Try putting the USA GEAR BIKEMOUNT on the thinnest part of the bicycle handlebar.
- Be sure to tighten the adjustment knob so the fit is tight against the handlebars.

Hard to disconnect the USA GEAR BIKEMOUNT from the handlebars
Troubleshooting:
- Please be sure to hold down the lever on the neck connector while sliding it off the handlebar clamp. You should be able to release it in one motion.
- If trying to remove the entire USA GEAR BIKEMOUNT from the handlebars, make sure the adjustment knob is loosened all the way.

Adjusting the angle of the USA GEAR BIKEMOUNT is difficult
Troubleshooting:
- Please be sure to loosen the angle joint near the neck connector by turning it clockwise.
- The mount should be able to rotate the Handlebar Device Mount 360 degrees.
- When your desired angle is found tighten the angle joint by turning it counterclockwise.

Mobile device does not fit into the USA GEAR BIKEMOUNT
Troubleshooting:
- Please be sure to fully unzip the holder for maximum access.
- If mobile device still does not fit into the holder, check to make sure the device is smaller than 5.0 inches x 3.5 inches x 1.5 inches.
- The foam padded inserts can be removed or more added to allow more or less space for the mobile device.

What is the diameter of the ball joint?
The ball joint has a diameter of 1 inch, allowing for a 360-degree rotating mount to provide optimal viewing angles.
