• To power on the Cryogen 2 Laptop Cooling Stand, please plug one end of the included USB cable into one of the USB ports on the cooling stand, and the other end of the cable into a USB port on your laptop. Rotate the turn dials to power ON/OFF and control the fan speed in each zone.
  • Does the cooling stand power on?
•   If you're still not receiving power, try plugging the USB cable into the other USB port on the cooling stand.
  • Does it power on now?
•   Should the stand still remain powerless, please try plugging the USB end in your laptop into a different USB port.
  • Does the cooling stand turn on?
•   If the cooling stand is still not turning on, please try plugging the stand into a different computer or even a USB Powered Wall Adapter.
  • Does the stand turn on now?

•  The Cryogen 2 Laptop Cooling Stand has a USB pass through feature. While the cooling stand is plugged into your laptop, you can use the remaining USB port on the stand for peripheral USB devices such as mice, extra keyboards, or flash drives.
  • If you plug a USB device into the other USB port on the stand, does the pass through feature work?
•   If the plugged in USB device is not being recognized by your laptop, please try a different USB device.
  • Does a different USB device work?
•   If the USB device is still not being read, try unplugging the USB end from the laptop and inserting it into a different USB port.
  • Is the USB device read now?
•   Please note, the pass through will not work to charge USB devices such as smart phones or tablets.

The laptop cooling pad does not use a proprietary cable. As such, you may purchase a replacement 2.0 USB to USB cable from any available marketplace.

• Should the stand still remain the same, please try plugging the USB end in your laptop into a different USB port. 
  • Does it help the problem? 
• If the cooling stand is still not working properly, please try plugging the stand into a different computer or even a USB Powered Wall Adapter. 
  • Do the LEDs and fans work now?
