SonaVERSE UB2 does not power on
Troubleshooting:
- Please make sure that the USB power cable is connected to a functional powered USB port on your computer.
- Do other devices plugged into the same port work?
- Try the SonaVERSE UB2 in a different USB port.
- Does plugging into a different USB port allow the speakers to power on?
- Try using an AC Wall Adapter to see if the speaker receives power.
- Do the UB2's finally power on?

Sound coming from the SonaVERSE UB2 is distorted
Troubleshooting:
- Many times the quality of your MP3, WAV, MIDI, WMV, MP4 or other music file can affect the quality of the sound being produced. Please make sure that your music file is to the quality expected.
- Are all songs being listened to distorted with static or only some of them?
- Please make sure that your MP3 file size and quality are to your expectations. Sometimes a small file will distort at high volume. Using high quality MP3 files that are larger in size will provide better sound quality.
- Does playing different file sizes yield different results?
- Please try turning the volume down on your computer, and then on the SonaVERSE O2i until there is no more distortion.
- Does turning down the volume solve the problem?

Volume of the SonaVERSE UB2 is low or there is no sound
Please note to keep your audio device at 80-90% volume for best sound transmission. Also too, allow up to 8 hours of playtime for speaker to wear-in for best sound.
Troubleshooting:
- Please make sure that the 3.5mm audio cable is properly connected to your computer’s headphone or speaker port. Make sure that your computer’s head phone volume is enabled and not muted.
- Does this solve the problem?
- Please make sure to adjust volume on your computer as well as on the SonaVERSE UB2. To adjust volume on the SonaVERSE UB2, roll the volume control to the right of the speaker to increase volume or to the left to decrease volume.
- Does changing the volume on the SonaVERSE UB2 or the computer allow you to hear the sound?
- Try listening to different music files or different audio types.
- Is the volume low or non existent on every audio file played, or only some?
- The UB2 has a headphone port to bypass the speakers. Are you able to hear audio from there?
- Lastly, next to the headphone port is an AUX port to connect to a media device such as a phone or tablet. Connect a media device and play music from there to see of the speaker received audio.
- Are you able to hear audio via your media device?

SonaVERSE UB2 not being recognized
Troubleshooting:
- Check the USB port: Make sure the USB port is working properly.
- Update drivers: Check for driver updates for the audio device, motherboard, and USB chipset.
- Reinstall drivers: Uninstall and reinstall the audio driver through Device Manager.
- Use a generic driver: Try using the generic audio driver that comes with Windows.
- Power cycle the speakers: Try turning the speakers off and on again.
- Check for Windows/MAC updates: Check for any USB-related updates through Windows Update.
- Connect to a different USB port: Try plugging the speakers into a different USB port on the computer.
