• You may opt out the neck and just use the USB hub base

Troubleshooting:

• Please make sure that your USB device is fully inserted into one of the USB ports on the ENHANCE Acrylic Gaming Headset Stand. Disconnect and then fully connect it again
  • Does this solve the problem?
• If you are still not receiving power, please try a different USB port on the ENHANCE Acrylic Gaming Headset Stand
  • Is there still no power to the plugged in device?
• Please try a different USB cable or a different device if either is available
  • Does the ENHANCE Acrylic Gaming Headset Stand still not provide power despite using different cords and devices?
• Try plugging the ENHANCE Acrylic Gaming Headset Stand into a different USB port on your computer
  • Does the ENHANCE Acrylic Gaming Headset Stand allow your USB device to work now?

• Make sure that the LED’s are turned on by pressing the button on the side of the stand
  • Are the LED’s on now?
• Hold the button for 3 seconds to turn off and reset the LED’s and press the button again to turn them back on
  • Are the LED’s working now that you have reset it?
• By pressing the button, you can cycle through 6 different colors and a rainbow mode that cycles through all 6 available LED colors

Troubleshooting:

• Plug the ENHANCE Acrylic Gaming Headset Stand into a USB port and turn the power switch on the bottom of the device from “OFF” to “ON”
  • Does the ENHANCE Acrylic Gaming Headset Stand power on?
• Please ensure the ENHANCE Acrylic Gaming Headset Stand is plugged into a working USB port. Try more than one port
  • Does switching to a different USB port solve the issue?
