How to pair the BlueVIBE TWS / Not pairing to media device?
Pairing Both Ear buds:
1. Take both ear buds out of the charging case, after charging the ear buds in the case for 1-2 hours.
2. Press and hold the power button down on each ear bud for 6 seconds until the LED indicator flashes red and blue.
3. Once the LED indicator is flashing red and blue, go into your device's Bluetooth settings and select "scan".
4. The ear buds will appear in the available device list as BlueVIBE TWS, select it for pairing. If pin is needed, please use “0000”.
5. Your device will connect to the ear buds and will alert you once the connection is complete.
Pairing Single Ear bud:
1. Take one ear bud out of the charging case, after charging the ear buds in the case for 1-2 hours. Leave 2nd ear bud in case.
2. Press and hold the power button down on ear bud for 6 seconds until the LED indicator flashes red and blue.
3. Once the LED indicator is flashing red and blue, go into your device's Bluetooth settings and select "scan".

Pairing the BlueVIBE TWS Earbuds
Ear buds are not fitting / uncomfortable
Troubleshooting:
- Please modify the headphone fit by changing the silicon gels, there are 3 different sizes that were included within the packaging.
- Do any of the alternate ear gels provide a better fit?
- If you're having troubles changing out the different gel sizes, try flipping the gel inside out, then inserting it onto the bud.

BlueVIBE TWS connection quality is bad, static, skipping?
Troubleshooting:
- The type of music being played can have an effect on quality.
- Are you using a streaming application or music stored on your device?
- Please try charging the TWS ear buds in the case OVERNIGHT. Sometimes the battery needs to be exercised with a lengthy charge in order to be at its maximum working potential.
- Does charging the BlueVIBE TWS alleviate the issue?
- Please make sure that your Bluetooth audio device is within 30 feet of the BlueVIBE TWS. When sound cuts in and out or has static, it can mean that the Bluetooth signal is not strong enough to keep a steady connection.
- Does moving the paired device closer to the headset yield better results?
- Try unpairing and re-pairing your audio device with the BlueVIBE TWS.
- Does this solve the problem?
- Try using the BlueVIBE TWS with another Bluetooth enabled device such as smart phone or tablet. If the problem persists we will know that the issue is with the BlueVIBE TWS.
- Does the quality improve or stay the same?

BlueVIBE TWS is not taking a charge?
Troubleshooting:
· Please connect the included Micro USB cable to the micro USB charging port on the back of the TWS charging case. The charging case should be charged for approximately 2-3 hours and earbuds should charge in case for at least 1 hour. While receiving power from the cable the LED indicator will show red for charging and will turn off when fully charged.
o When the charging cable is inserted into the headset, is the indicator light illuminated red?
· If the ear buds do not charge when in the charging case, please open and close lid, making sure to click the lid all the way down. The indicator lights on the ear buds will illuminate red inside of the case while charging and will turn off when charging is complete.
o Do the ear buds charge now?
· If the light is not coming on, please try plugging the charging cable into a different USB port, or a different AC USB adapter.
o Does the indicator light come on now?
· If the ear buds are still not charging, please try using a different Micro USB charging cable if you have one available.
o Does using a different Micro USB cable allow the headset to start charging?
· Sometimes the battery may be dead that a charge isn't registered right away, please try leaving the TWS ear buds in the charging case, plugged in to charge overnight.
o Did the headset receive a charge when left plugged in overnight?
