BlueSYNC OR3 is not powering on
Troubleshooting Power:
- Push and hold the center button on the speaker for 8-10 seconds.
- Do any lights come on? If yes, which ones?
- Did you hear any tones while pressing and holding?
- If yes, which ones?
- Try charging the BlueSYNC OR3 overnight to make sure it has a full charge.
- Does the BlueSYNC OR3 after charging overnight?

No sound is heard from the BlueSYNC OR3
Troubleshooting:
- Please make sure the power LED indicator is illuminated and the speaker is on.
- Is the speakers power on?
- Make sure that your Bluetooth enabled device is paired to the speaker.
- If you go into Bluetooth settings on your device, does it indicate it is paired to the BlueSYNC OR3?
- Please make sure that the volume on your mobile device and the BlueSYNC OR3 are loud enough.
- Does changing the volume on the speaker or your paired device enable you to hear audio?
- Please make sure that your mobile Bluetooth device is within 30 feet of the BlueSYNC OR3. The maximum Bluetooth range may vary in different environments and on the paired device.
- If you move the device closer to the speaker, does sound come through?

Play/Pause button on the BlueSYNC OR3 doesn't work
Troubleshooting:
- The center button is not only the power button, but the play and pause button as well. When playing music quick press the center button to pause the music and then quick press again to continue play.
- Does pressing the center button play and pause music?

Why won't the BlueSYNC OR3 pair to a device
How to pair the BlueSYNC OR3 to a Bluetooth enabled device:
- Make sure that your mobile device is within at least 3 feet of the speaker when trying to pair and that the BlueSYNC OR3 is powered off.
- Enter pairing mode on the BlueSYNC OR3 by pressing and holding the power button for 7 - 10 seconds or until the LED indicator flashes rapidly. You will hear 3 tones when the speaker turns on and then 2 short tones when it enters pairing mode.
- Access the Bluetooth settings in your mobile device and select SEARCH/SCAN FOR DEVICES. Your mobile device will begin to search for a Bluetooth signal.
- You will see the name “BlueSYNC OR3” appear in the device list. Select it to pair, and if a password or PIN is needed enter the numbers “0000”. You may have to then select BlueSYNC OR3 and press “CONNECT”.
- After a successful connection has been made, you will hear a short tone and the LED indicator will flash every 4 seconds. If you do not pair the speaker within 5 minutes the power will automatically shut off.

BlueSYNC OR3 is not charging
Troubleshooting:
- When the BlueSYNC OR3 is plugged in to charge, the LED light will illuminate red to indicate power.
- Is the LED illuminated red when the USB charging cable is plugged in?
- The BlueSync uses a proprietary barrel type connector to a USB 2.0 to charge. If the speaker does not appear to be charging, please try the USB cable in a different USB port or with AC to USB adapter (not included).
- Does the speaker start to charge if a different USB port is used?
