No Sound Coming From The Headsets
Troubleshooting:
- Please ensure volume on the audio source is tuned to 90% of its maximum capacity.
- Are you able to hear sound now?
- Please ensure that the volume on the headsets is turned up. This can be done by using the volume up and down buttons on the headset.
- Was the volume on the headset itself turned down?

Headsets are not holding a charge
Troubleshooting:
- The headsets can be charged with the included USB charging cables and AC adapter. Please ensure that all connections are secure by unplugging the cables between the AC adapter, and the headsets and plugging them back in.
- Do the headsets charge now?
- The headsets charge with included micro USB cables. If possible, please try additional micro USB cables with the included A/C adapter.
- Are the headsets accepting a charge with the alternate cables?
- Please try plugging the charging cables directly into a computer, or an alternate USB to A/C adapter.
- Does changing the USB to A/C adapter allow the headsets to charge?
- Please try multiple outlets with the A/C adapter.
- Does another outlet allow the headsets to charge?
Please contact customer service if the troubleshooting above does not solve the problem.
Headset Re-Pairing Instructions (full system reset and repairing)
If the Reset button on the 2TV transmitter has been pressed by accident or if no sound is coming from either one of the headsets, it's easy to reset the system with the 10 steps below:
Re-setting the system takes about 5 minutes and this process can be repeated if you should ever need to replace one of the headsets due to loss or damage.

- Ensure both headsets are fully charged. Connect them both to the headset charger for 2 1/2 hours to obtain a full charge.
- Connect the 2TV transmitter to power and the Audio-Out ports on your audio source device (TV, Cable Box, Home Theater Receiver, etc):
- When the transmitter is on, the LED lights flash.
- Do not press the transmitter's Reset button!
- If the transmitter's LED light is not blinking Blue, please ensure the transmitter's power cable is connected to a working USB port.
- Ensure your audio source device is on and outputting sound.
- Power OFF both headsets:
- A headset is off... if there is no LED light.
- If the headset's small LED light below the power button is flashing Blue, press and hold the headset power button (on the right ear-cup) for 3-4 seconds and the headset will turn off.
- Press the Reset button on the side of the 2TV transmitter for a full 10 seconds:
- The LED will illuminate solid Blue and then Purple.
- Release the button.
- The LED will continue to flash Red/Blue. This is normal.
- Pair the 1st headset:
- Hold the power button until the small LED indicator below the power button flashes Red/Blue (after approx 7 seconds).
- Release the button.
- Now wait for about 10-15 seconds... sound will play through the headset.
- Now that you hear sound, power OFF the 1st headset (it must remain off until all steps below are complete).
- Press the Reset button on the 2TV transmitter for 3 seconds:
- The LED light will quickly flash Red/Blue.
- Release the button.
- Pair the 2nd headset:
- Hold the power button until the small LED indicator below the power button flashes Red/Blue (after approx 7 seconds).
- Release the button.
- Now wait for about 10 seconds... sound will play through the headset.
- Now that you hear sound from the 2nd headset, you may turn the 1st headset back on.
DO NOT press the Reset button on the 2TV Transmitter once you've completed the steps above!
For continued use of the system simply Power-On and Power-Off each headset by pressing the headset's power button for only 3-4 seconds.
Important: If you hold the headset power button for more than 4 seconds the headset's LED light will flash Red/Blue and sound will no longer come from the headset. To get sound again from the headset simply power-cycle the headset by holding the headset power button for 3-4 seconds to turn it off and again to turn it back on.
Setting up the 2TV's transmitter

- Red: Standard audio out port
- This is the preferred and easiest port, depending on your TV, to plug in the TRM into
- Blue: RCA Red and White audio out ports
- Requires an RCA splitter
- Green: Digital Audio Out Optical Port
- More and more newer TV's are coming out with this port in which you will require a Digital to Audio Converter

Can the BlueVIBE 2TV transmitter be paired with any Bluetooth headphones?
NO. The transmitter for the BlueVIBE 2TV is equipped to only connect to the 2TV headsets.
Can the transmitter be connected to different Bluetooth headsets?
NO. The transmitter of the BlueVIBE 2TV is equipped to only connect to the 2TV headsets.
