BlueVIBE FXT connection quality is bad, static, skipping?
Troubleshooting:
- The type of music being played can have an effect on quality.
- Are you using a streaming application or music stored on your device?
- Please try charging the unit OVERNIGHT. Sometimes the battery needs to be exercised with a lengthy charge in order to be at its maximum working potential.
- Does charging the BlueVIBE FXT alleviate the issue?
- Please make sure that your Bluetooth audio device is within 30 feet of the BlueVIBE FXT. When sound cuts in and out or has static, it can mean that the Bluetooth signal is not strong enough to keep a steady connection.
- Does moving the paired device closer to the headset yield better results?
- Try unpairing and re-pairing your audio device with the BlueVIBE FXT.
- Does this solve the problem?
- Try using the BlueVIBE FXT with another Bluetooth enabled device such as smart phone or tablet. If the problem persists we will know that the issue is with the BlueVIBE FXT.

How to pair the BlueVIBE FXT / Not pairing to media device?
- If the headset is on, press and hold the power button until the light flashes red to turn it off.
- Press and hold the power button down for 6 seconds until the LED indicator flashes red and blue.
- Once the LED indicator is flashing red and blue, go into your device's Bluetooth settings and select "scan".
- The headset will appear in the available device list as BlueVIBE FXT, select it for pairing.
- Your device will connect to the headset and will alert you once the connection is complete.
- Press play on your music and enjoy!

BlueVIBE FXT is not taking a charge?
Troubleshooting:
- Please connect the included Micro USB cable to the micro USB charging port on the BlueVIBE FXT. The headset should be charged for approximately 2 hours, while receiving power from the cable the LED indicator will show red for charging and will turn off when fully charged.
- When the charging cable is inserted into the headset, is the indicator light illuminated red?
- If the light is not coming on, please try plugging the charging cable into a different USB port, or a different AC USB adapter.
- Does the indicator light come on now?
- If the headset is still not charging, please try using a different Micro USB charging cable if you have one available.
- Does using a different Micro USB cable allow the headset to start charging?
- Sometimes the battery may be dead that a charge isn't registered right away, please try leaving the headset plugged in to charge overnight.
- Did the headset receive a charge when left plugged in overnight?

BlueVIBE FXT is not powering off?
The BlueVIBE FXT was designed with compact features and with water resistant technology. Due to these features, the buttons sit closely together, covered by a rubber cover for water resistance. Please make sure that only the power button is being pressed.
