LED lights on the speaker or subwoofer are not glowing.
Troubleshooting:
- Please make sure the BassPULSE is properly connected to power, try plugging the speaker into a different outlet.
- Does changing outlets power on the speakers and light?
- Make sure that the power is ON by pressing the power switch located on the back of the system to the ON position.
- Does toggling the swtich make the speakers and lights come on?
- Please press the button on the front of the speaker below the bass knob.
- Do the lights turn on now?
- The connector for the satellite speakers to the sub woofer is somewhat of an oval shape and off even just the slightest, this could cause the LED's to not function properly
- Please ensure the connector is inserted and pushed all the way in and adjusted to the oval shape
There is no sound or the BassPULSE is not powering on
Troubleshooting:
- Please make sure the BassPULSE is properly connected to power, try plugging the speaker into a different outlet.
- Does changing outlets power on the speakers?
- Make sure that the power is ON by pressing the power switch located on the back of the system to the ON position.
- Does toggling the switch make the speakers come on?
- If the blue lights are on when the switch is toggled, please try turning the volume knob.
- If the knob is turned, can you hear any sound?
- Verify all the cables are securely plugged into the correct inputs. Make sure that the satellite speakers are plugged into the output on the back of the main unit and that the green auxiliary cable from your sound source is plugged into the green input on the back of the main unit.
- Does sound come from the speakers now?
- Try plugging a different media device into the speakers.
- Do the speakers work with the alternate media device?
- Try plugging the satellite speakers into the media device. Please note the LED lights will not turn on.
- Does audio play from both speakers?
- Remove the plug from the input, push it in again firmly and twist 360 degrees. Repeat this for the output audio port as well. Sometimes, if the plug is not in firmly, it may not have a good connection.
- Does the speakers work now?
Sound coming from speaker is distorted or has static
Troubleshooting:
- Many times the quality of your MP3, WAV, MIDI, WMV, MP4 or other music file can affect the quality of the sound being produced. Please make sure that your music file is to the quality expected.
- Are all songs being listened to distorted with static or only some of them?
- Try lowering the volume on the audio device connected to the speakers turning the volume up on the BassPULSE.
- Does lowering the volume on the connected device and controlling volume with the BassPULSE solve the problem?
- In certain cases, if the bass is turned up too high it can distort the sound of the speakers. Use the Bass / Equalizer knob to lower the bass level.
- Does lowering the bass solve the problem?

The LED lights do not pulse to the bass
Troubleshooting:
- There is a Pulse Button on the front of the speaker, underneath the Bass Knob. Make sure this button is activated.
- Does pressing the button allow the speakers to pulse now?
- Please Make sure the Bass / Equalizer knob is turned to max, otherwise the LED lights may not pulse to the bass.
- Does turning the Bass / Equalizer knob to the max allow the lights to pulse?
