GGBVDLX200WTUS- Please connect the included Micro USB cable to the micro USB charging port on the BlueVIBE DLX. The headset should be charged for 3 hours, while receiving power from the cable the LED indicator in the middle of the charging port and AUX port will be illuminated.
- When the charging cable is inserted into the headset, is the indicator light illuminated?
- If the light is not coming on, please try plugging the charging cable into a different USB port, or a different AC USB adapter.
- Does the indicator light come on now?
- If the headset is still not charging, please try using a different Micro USB charging cable if you have one available.
- Does using a different Micro USB cable allow the headset to start charging?
- Sometimes the battery may be dead that a charge isn't registered right away, please try leaving the headset plugged in to charge overnight.
- Did the headset receive a charge when left plugged in overnight?
Please contact customer service if the troubleshooting above does not solve the problem.
- Please make sure the BlueVIBE DLX is in pairing mode (LED flashing blue/red), from the off position hold the power button down for about 7 seconds until the lights begin to flash.
- Does the LED flash blue and red, if so the headset is in pairing mode.
- With the BlueVIBE DLX in paring mode, search for a new Bluetooth device from your computers Bluetooth settings menu.
- Does the computer recognize the BlueVIBE DLX? If not then the computer may not have A2DP Bluetooth capability. This is an easy fix, please do a search engine query online for "A2DP Updates" specfic to your computers operating system. Download and install the new drivers to your computer.
- After the drivers are installed please try pairing the headset to your computer again.
- Does this solve the problem?
- If the headset will still not pair with your computer, you may need to purchase a Bluetooth USB Dongle that is A2DP compatible.
- Are you able to use the headset with your computer after purchasing a A2DP Bluetooth Dongle?

How to pair the GoGroove BlueVIBE DLX to a Bluetooth enabled device:
- If the headset is on, press and hold the power button until the light flashes red to turn it off.
- Press and hold the power button down for 8 seconds until the LED indicator flashes red and blue.
- Once the LED indicator is flashing red and blue, go into your device's Bluetooth settings and select "scan".
- The headset will appear in the available device list as GG-BLUEVIBE-DLX, select it for pairing.
- Your device will connect to the headset and will alert you once the connection is complete.
- Press play on your music and enjoy!

- The type of music being played can have an effect on quality.
- Are you using a streaming application or music stored on your device?
- Please try charging the unit OVERNIGHT. Sometimes the battery needs to be exercised with a lengthy charge in order to be at its maximum working potential.
- Does charging the BlueVIBE DLX alleviate the issue?
- Please make sure that your Bluetooth audio device is within 30 feet of the BlueVIBE DLX. When sound cuts in and out or has static, it can mean that the Bluetooth signal is not strong enough to keep a steady connection.
- Does moving the paired device closer to the headset yield better results?
- Try unpairing and re-pairing your audio device with the BlueVIBE DLX.
- Does this solve the problem?
- Try using the BlueVIBE DLX with another Bluetooth enabled device such as smart phone or tablet. If the problem persists we will know that the issue is with the BlueVIBE DLX.
- Does the quality improve or stay the same?

Troubleshooting:
- When you first receive the BlueVIBE DLX, please charge it for 3 hours with the included Micro USB charging cable. On a full charge the headset should get about 14 hours of playback time.
- Do you experience 14 hours of playback time on a full charge?
- If the battery life is shorter than advertised, please exercise the battery of the headset. Do this by fully charging and then fully discharging the battery before recharging it again. Repeat this process 4-6 times. After exercising the battery you should notice better battery life.
- Does exercising the battery yield better battery life?
** When the battery is low, the headset will emit three tones every 30 seconds.

Troubleshooting:
- The BlueVIBE DLX can connect to a device via Bluetooth, or you can use the included AUX cable to plug into the headphone jack of a media device, the other end goes into the AUX port on the headset. Make sure when using the AUX function that the headset is not powered on, and no devices are connect to it via Bluetooth.
- With the AUX cable plugged into your device, into the headset, and with it off, do you hear sound?
- If no sound is heard, please make sure the volume is up on your device. The volume cannot be controlled by the headset, it must be controlled by the plugged in media device.
- Does turning up the volume on your device allow the sound to be heard?
- Make sure the AUX cable is plugged securely into the headset, and into your device. Please remove any case or skin on your device, sometimes they can cause an incomplete connection.
- Was the connection secure, did removing any case or skin on your device solve the problem?
- If sound is still not hear, please try another AUX cable if possible.
- Does a different AUX cable work?
