Sound coming from the Move L3D is distorted
Troubleshooting:
- Many times the quality of your MP3, WAV, MIDI, WMV, MP4 or other music file can affect the quality of the sound being produced. Please make sure that your music file is to the quality expected.
- Are all songs being listened to distorted with static or only some of them?
- Please make sure that your MP3 file size and quality are to your expectations. Sometimes a small file will distort at high volume. Using high quality MP3 files that are larger in size will provide better sound quality.
- Does playing different file sizes yield different results?
- Please try turning the volume down on your device, and then on the Move L3D until there is no more distortion.
- Does turning down the volume solve the problem?
- Try playing music from a different device, memory card, or flash drive.

Forward/Back on Move L3D remote not working

- Forward/Back remote functions only work if a memory card or flash drive is being used.

When using USB drive or memory card, no sound
Troubleshooting:
- When using the USB drive or SD card function of the Move L3D, make sure all music files are of the .mp3 file type. Other files will not work.
- Are all files on the memory of the .mp3 type?
- In order for the music to play from a USB drive or SD card, the .mp3 files must be stored on the "root" of the memory device. This means the music can not be in folders. It must be dragged into the main directory of the memory device.
- Are all the .mp3 files in the root directory, or does moving them to the root directory enable them to play?
- Make sure the USB drive or SD card being used is formatted. You may need to reformat the current device being used by plugging it into a computer, selecting it's options, and choosing to format the memory device. Be sure to save any files currently on the memory device before formatting as they will be deleted. Also, when formatting if possible, choose the "FAT32" formatting type for best results.
- Is your memory device formatted or does the memory device work in the Move L3D after formatting?
Please contact customer service if the troubleshooting above does not solve the problem.
