Audio coming from Groove Pal Jr is distorted, crackling, static
Troubleshooting:
- Many times the quality of your MP3, WAV, MIDI, WMV, MP4 or other music file can affect the quality of the sound being produced. Please make sure that your music file is to the quality expected.
- Are all songs being listened to distorted with static or only some of them?
- Try lowering the volume on the Pal Jr and turning the volume up on your audio device.
- Does lowering the volume on the Pal Jr and controling volume with the media device solve the problem?
- Be sure the device is properly plugged into the Pal Jr and properly plugged into the AUX port.
- If you disconnect then reconnect the media device does the static go away?

Groove Pal Jr is not turning on
Troubleshooting:
- Try the Pal Jr with both USB power and battery power.
- Does the Pal Jr work with one power sorce but not the other?
- If it does not work on battery power but does when plugged in, replace batteries.
- Does replacing the batteries allow it to work on battery power?
- Should the batteries work but not the USB cord, please try using a different Mini USB cord.
- Does using a different Mini USB cord allow it to power on?

No sound is coming from the Groove Pal Jr
Troubleshooting:
- Connect the Pal Jr to a power source: You will know that Pal Jr is receiving power because the Power LED on the back of the speaker will be lit red when the power switch is turned to the ON position. If it is not glowing red, please make sure that it is either connected to a USB power port or that you have properly inserted 3 working AAA batteries. Make sure the ON/OFF switch turned to the ON position.
- Does this solve the problem?
- Connect Pal Jr to an audio source: Please make sure that the 3.5mm audio cable is fully inserted into your audio device or computer. Next, make sure that the device you are using as the audio source is properly playing music and that your device's volume setting is turned up.
- Is sound now coming from the Pal Jr?
- Adjust Pal Jr's volume setting: Make sure that Pal Jr volume setting is turned up by adjusting the Volume control.
- Does adjusting the volume solve the problem?

LED light on the bottom of Groove Pal Jr is not on
Troubleshooting:
- The LED light on the base of the Pal Jr speakers can be toggled on and off. The power switch has three positions, OFF/ ON / LED. In order for the LED to be on, the switch needs to be all the way switched to LED, or the "light bulb" symbol.
- Is the switched turned to the light bulb symbol, is the LED on now?
- If the LED is still not on, please try the speaker with new batteries, or if using with the Mini USB cable, please try a new cable.
- Is the LED on now?
