How to pair a device to the BlueVIBE F1T
Pairing your device to the BlueVIBE F1T:
If the headset is on, press and hold the power button until the light flashes red to turn it off.
1. From the off position, press and hold down the power button until it flashes blue and red repeatedly.
2. With the light flashing blue and red, the headset is now in pairing mode.
3. From your Bluetooth enabled device, go to bluetooth settings and turn on bluetooth.
4. While in the settings menu with bluetooth turned on select an option that allows you to scan for devices.
5. Your device should locate the headset named GG-BLUEVIBE-F1T.
6. Click on GG-BLUEVIBE-F1T to pair, if a password is asked for enter "0000".
7. Once pairing is complete your device will say "connected".
8. When the headset is connected to your device, press play and enjoy your music!
Were you able to pair the headset to your device after following these steps?

The BlueVIBE F1T will not charge
Troubleshooting:
- The BlueVIBE F1T has a special proprietary charging cord that need to be connected to the charging contacts on the headset. The design of the charging contacts meets the IPX6 International Requirements to help the headset be resistant to liquids. When applying the charging cable, slide it from the headband of the left ear and up into the contacts until a click is felt/heard.
- Does the charging cable click into place?
- When the BlueVIBE F1T is connected to power the LED light on the headset will be illuminated red.
- Do you see a light on when the headset is connected to power?
- Should the LED not be illuminated, please make sure that there is a tight connection between the USB cable and the charging contacts on the BlueVIBE F1T, also try a different USB port, or if you have one a 5 volt AC to USB adapter can be used too.
- When plugged into a different USB port or to a AC/USB adapter, does the headset's LED light come on?
- If the port being used is verified to be good, connect the BlueVIBE F1T to a powered USB port for charging, and leave it OVERNIGHT. Sometimes the battery inside of the BlueVIBE F1T just needs to be "woken up" a little by extensive charging.
- Does leaving the headset plugged in over night get it to charge?
- Press and hold the power button to see if the LED power comes.
- Does pressing and holding the power button make it come on after an overnight charge?

Customer is having problems using controls
Troubleshoooting:
- Please make sure that the BlueVIBE F1T is fully charged by connecting it to power for 2-3 hours. This can "wake up" the internal battery if there is any power issue affecting the controls.
- Does a full charge fix the issue?
- If not, try unparing, and re-pairing the BlueVIBE F1T with your Bluetooth enabled device or a difference device.
- Do the controls work now?
- Please make sure that your Bluetooth enabled device is within 30 ft. of the BlueVIBE F1T when using the control features.
- Does moving closer to the Bluetooth enabled device solve the issue?
- If this does not help, please make sure that you are properly engaging the controls. A quick press of either the +/- buttons turns the volume up and down, pressing and holding the +/- buttons will either do next track or previous track, and the power button will play/pause media when quickly pressed.

BlueVIBE F1T will not pair, connect, or work with a computer
Troubleshooting:
- Please make sure the BlueVIBE F1T is in pairing mode (LED flashing blue/red), from the off position hold the power button down for about 7 seconds until the lights begin to flash.
- Does the LED flash blue and red to indicate pairing mode is active?
- With the headset is in paring mode, search for a new Bluetooth device from your computers Bluetooth settings menu.
- Does the computer recognize the BlueVIBE F1T?
- If not then the computer may not have A2DP Bluetooth capability. This is an easy fix, please do a search engine query online for "A2DP Updates" specific to your computers operating system.
- Are you able to find, download, and install the new drivers to your computer?
- With the new drivers installed, please try pairing and connecting the BlueVIBE F1T headset again.
- Will the headset now pair and connect to your computer?
