GOgroove Pal makes a crackling sound / distorted sound
Troubleshooting:
- Please insert, disconnect, and re-insert the 3.5mm audio cable to the GOgroove Pal speaker. This will ensure a proper connection has been made. Next, use firm pressure to make sure that the 3.5mm audio cable is fully inserted to the headphone port on your audio device.
- Does this solve the problem?
- Please fully charge the GOgroove Pal battery by connecting it to power for 8 hours. This will ensure that the battery is at optimal working condition.
- Does giving the internal battery a FULL charge solve the issue?
- Many times the quality of your MP3, WAV, MIDI, WMV, MP4 or other music file can affect the quality of the sound being produced. Please make sure that your music file is to the quality expected.
- Is the sound bad on every audio file, or only some?
- Try lowering the volume on the GOgroove Pal and turning the volume up on your audio device. In certain cases, if the sound is turned up too high, it can distort the sound of the speakers.
- Does lowering the volume solve the problem?

The Groove Pal will not turn ON and the eyes are not glowing
Troublshooting:
- Please make sure that GOgroove Pal is fully charged and the power switch is in the ON position.
- Is the GOgroove Pal charged fully and the switched turned to ON?
- When charging the GOgroove Pal, the eyes should illuminate red, when powered on the eyes glow blue.
- Do the eyes of the GOgroove Pal glow red when plugged in to charge and blue when switched to ON?
Please contact the retailer or manufacturer for assistance if the above steps do not solve the problem.
Volume when using the Groove Pal is too low
Troubleshooting:
- Please make sure to adjust volume on your audio device controls as well as on the Groove Pal. To adjust volume on the Groove Pal, use the volume roller on the back side of the Groove Pal.
- Does adjusting the volume on the Groove Pal or the device solve the low volume issue?
- Please make sure that when using the AUX- line-in port, the cable is properly connected to both your device and to the Groove Pal
- Try unplugging the AUX cable and plugging it back in, does this solve the problem?
- Make sure the AUX cable is plugged all the way into the media device being used as well as the Groove Pal.
- Be sure it is all the way plugged in, not obstructed, and not dirty, does this help?

Groove Pal is not charging
Troubleshooting:
- The Groove Pal charges using a standard Micro USB cable plugged into the back of the speaker. When charging, the Groove Pal eyes should glow purple. When charging is finished the eyes will glow blue.
- When the included Micro USB cable is plugged in, do the eyes glow blue?
- If the GOgroove Pal is not charging, please remove, then reinsert the charging cable. Be sure the Micro USB cable is fully and securely inserted into the usb port.
- Does removing then reinserting the Micro USB cable solve the problem?
- It's possible the included Micro USB cable may be bad, please try using an alternative Micro USB cable if one is available.
- Does using a different Micro USB cable allow the Groove Pal to charge?
- Try plugging the Micro USB cable into a different USB port, and then into the Groove Pal.
- Does switching the Micro USB cable to a different USB port allow the Groove Pal to charge?

Battery life of the Groove Pal is low
Troubleshooting:
- Make sure when you first receive the Groove Pal to give the speaker a full charge with the included Micro USB cable.
- Does the Groove Pal charge up fully when plugged in to charge?
- The Groove Pal's internal battery will need to be cycled. Exercise the battery by fully charging, then fully discharging the battery. Repeat this cycle 4-6 times for optimum battery performance.
- Does battery life increase after cycling the internal battery 4-6 times?
