SMARTmini AUX will not pair to a Bluetooth device / How to pair
How to pair the GoGroove SMARTmini AUX to a Bluetooth enabled device:
If the SMARTmini AUX is on, press and hold the power button until the light flashes red to turn it off.
1. From the off position, press and hold down the power button.
2. After 5-8 second a blue light will flash, continue to hold down the power button until it flashes blue and red repeatedly.
3. With the light flashing blue and red, the device is now in pairing mode.
4. From your Bluetooth enabled device, go to bluetooth settings and turn on bluetooth.
5. While in the settings menu with bluetooth turned on select an option that allows you to scan for devices.
6. Your device should locate the transmitter named SMARTmini AUX.
7. Click on SmartMINI AUX to pair, if a password is asked for enter "0000".
8. Once pairing is complete your device will say "connected".
9. When the transmitter is connected to your device, press play and enjoy your music!

SMARTmini AUX won't turn on
Troubleshooting:
- To turn on the SMARTmini AUX, press and hold the power button for 4-7 seconds, release once the LED illuminates blue.
- Does pressing and holding the power button turn the SMARTmini AUX on?
- If the SMARTmini AUX does not turn on, please try charging it for 2-3 hours.
- Does charging the SMARTmini AUX allow it to turn on?
- When the SMARTmini AUX is plugged in to charge the LED will glow red, when charging is complete the LED will turn off.
- Does the LED glow red when the SMARTmini AUX is plugged in?
- Try a different USB port if the LED indicator does not come on when plugged in.
- Does using a different USB port allow the SMARTmini AUX to charge?

Sound is not being transmitted when connected to a car radio
Troubleshooting:
- Please make sure that the volume is at an audible level on both the Bluetooth audio device and on the sound system. Audio is independently controlled by each device.
- Does changing the volume on the radio and Bluetooth enabled device solve the issue?
- Check the sound system settings to ensure “AUX” or “Line-in” settings have been selected.
- Is AUX/Line in selected now, did that solve the issue?
- Please check the Bluetooth enabled device output settings. It should indicate that it is providing Bluetooth audio.
- Does your Bluetooth enabled device indicate that Bluetooth is being used?
- Be sure the SMARTmini AUX is securely connected into the 3.5mm AUX port of the sound system, remove and plug back in.
- Does removing the plug and then plugged back in securely solve the problem?

Unable to take phone calls with the SMARTmini AUX
Troubleshooting:
- Try playing music with a Bluetooth enabled device paired to the SMARTminiI AUX.
- Does music work, but not the phone call feature?
- Make sure the SMARTmini AUX is securely plugged into the AUX port on your sound system and the correct AUX or LINE IN source is selected.
- Does the SMARTmini AUX work for phone calls now?
- Try adjusting the "in call volume" of your device and make sure it is at maximum, also make sure the sound system is at an appropriate level.
- Are you able to hear or take calls now?
- You may need to try unpairing the device from the SMARTmini AUX and then pairing it again. Do so by deleting the SmartMINI AUX from your devices "paired device list", then pair the SMARTmini AUX back to your device.
- Does this solve the problem?
- If possible, please try hands free calling with a different Bluetooth enabled device.
- Does the hands free calling feature work with a different device?
