AirBAND seems to be charging, but it will not power ON
Troubleshooting:
- Please connect the AirBAND to power and check to see if the LED light, located on the POWER button, lights up either RED or BLUE once you connect to power and let the AirBAND charge for 8 hours.
- Did the light come on?
- If not, please try using either the included USB-AC adapter, or a different computer USB port to ensure the USB port you are using has sufficient power flow.
- Did the light come on using a different USB power port?
- After charging, disconnect the AirBand from power. Press and hold the POWER button on the AirBand and check to see if the LED light on the POWER button lights up RED or BLUE.
- Did the light respond?
- If not, please try using FIRM PRESSURE to PRESS and HOLD the POWER button.
- Did the lights respond?

AirBAND will not connect or work with a computer
Troubleshooting:
- Please make sure the AirBAND is in pairing mode (LED flashing blue/red), from the off position hold the power button down for about 7 seconds until the lights begin to flash.
- Does the LED flash blue and red, if so the headset is in pairing mode.
- With the AirBAND in paring mode, search for a new Bluetooth device from your computers Bluetooth settings menu.
- Does the computer recognize the AirBAND? If not then the computer may not have A2DP Bluetooth capability. This is an easy fix, please do a search engine query online for "A2DP Updates" specfic to your computers operating system. Download and install the new drivers to your computer.
- After the drivers are installed please try pairing the headset to your computer again.
- Does this solve the problem?

How to pair the AirBAND / Not pairing to media device
How to pair the GoGroove Air-Band to a Bluetooth enabled device:
If the headset is on, press and hold the power button until the light flashes red to turn it off.
1. From the off position, press and hold down the power button.
2. After four second a blue light will flash, continue to hold down the power button until it flashes blue and red repeatedly.
3. With the light flashing blue and red, the headset is now in pairing mode.
4. From your cell phone / mp3 player, go to bluetooth settings and turn on bluetooth.
5. While in the settings menu with bluetooth turned on select an option that allows you to scan for devices.
6. Your device should locate the headset named GG-AirBAND.
7. Click on GG-AirBAND to pair, if a password is asked for enter "0000".
8. Once pairing is complete your device will say "connected".
9. When the headset is connected to your device, press play and enjoy your music!

AirBAND connection quality is bad, static, skipping
Troubleshooting:
- The type of music being played can have an effect on quality.
- Are you using a streaming application or music stored on your device?
- Please try charging the unit OVERNIGHT. Sometimes the battery needs to be exercised with a lengthy charge in order to be at its maximum working potential.
- Does charging the AirBAND alleviate the issue?
- Please make sure that your Bluetooth audio device is within 30 feet of the AirBAND. When sound cuts in and out or has static, it can mean that the Bluetooth signal is not strong enough to keep a steady connection.
- Does moving the paired device closer to the headset yield better results?
- Try unpairing and re-pairing your audio device with the AirBAND.
- Does this solve the problem?
- Try using the AirBand with another Bluetooth enabled device such as smart phone or tablet. If the problem persists we will know that the issue is with the AirBAND.
- Does the quality improve or stay the same?
