Can I use iron patches to customize the bag?
While the ENHANCE RPG Organizer Case has a durable polyester padded design, we are unable to determine all variables such as the heat from the iron and type of patch. Thus, we cannot confirm that the iron patch will damage the bag. Therefore, we highly recommend using sewn on patches instead for best results.
Please also note that while we do have a manufacturing warranty in place, it is meant for manufacturing defects such as shoulder straps tearing, zippers not working, etc. Unfortunately, damages from daily use, wear and tear, or modifications are not covered under the terms of the limited warranty.
