Do you sell replacement or alternate foam trays/slabs for your products?
Unfortunately, we do not sell spare foam trays or dividers for our bags and backpacks. However, as these are not technically proprietary to our products, you should be able to locate replacements on any online marketplaces such as Amazon. We recommend searching for a pick and pluck option such as the one linked HERE.
Can I use iron patches to customize the bag?
While the ENHANCE Miniature Figure Vault has a durable polyester padded design, we are unable to determine all variables such as the heat from the iron and type of patch. Thus, we cannot confirm that the iron patch will damage the bag. Therefore, we highly recommend using sewn on patches instead for best results.
Please also note that while we do have a manufacturing warranty in place, it is meant for manufacturing defects such as shoulder straps tearing, zippers not working, etc. Unfortunately, damages from daily use, wear and tear, or modifications are not covered under the terms of the limited warranty.
