We Keep Our Office Moving: Yoga in the Workplace

We’re a family here at Accessory Power, so we’re always looking for ways to improve the health and wellness of the members of our AP family! Although many of us would love to be more physically active, with a full-time job and other real life responsibilities it can be tough to find the time for fitness. To make it easier for our employees, our company offers a variety of convenient fitness options to accommodate the activity differences and preferences of employees. 
 
You Go for Yoga
It’s not a stretch to say that sitting at a desk can stiffen a person up, but a step towards decompressing those muscles and your mind is right around the corner! Yoga sessions are offered on the first and third Monday of every month at 5:15 PM in the Accessory Power Health and Wellness Studio. Employees of all skill and comfort levels are welcomed and encouraged to take part.
